Mural Art Projects with Blacks Community School

Geoff Slater, from Jarea Art Studio out of Saint Andrews, will be in the community on June 3rd to work with students aged 5-10 from Blacks Community School on an art project of a series of weirs. This event is a part of the “Revitalization of the Downtown Core of Blacks Harbour” project funded by ACOA and ECW to renovate the old Freshmart property.

Outcomes from the project will be shared on ECW and Project : Village social media pages.
