Willow Court Construction Update
Construction has Started on PV Housing’s Willow Court Project!
We are happy to announce that construction is under way at Willow Court. The crews are hard at work getting the structural framing completed so that the framing can start for the new layout. Over the next several months the interior and exterior will be transformed in anticipation of a Fall 2026 occupancy. Here’s what is going to be happening on site over the next month:
Beams and posts installed
Framing of interior walls
Exterior clean up and start of new decks.
Project Highlights
12 Units in total
8 one bedroom units (~515 sq’)
4 two bedroom units (~725 sq’)
All units will have separate walk-out entrances, mini split heat pumps and laundry hookups.
